Refunds are available only in limited cases. If you experience a technical error (e.g., duplicate charge or system malfunction), you may request a refund by contacting support within 7 days of purchase.

Reset fees are non-refundable, as the reset service is applied to your account at the moment of purchase.

Refunds are not available once credentials have been issued, except in the case of a verified technical error such as a duplicate charge.

• If you purchase the wrong product by mistake, reach out immediately. We may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
• Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
