At Quantum X Futures, we aim to provide the best possible evaluation experience. Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing.

Evaluation Accounts
Refunds are available only in limited cases. If you experience a technical error (e.g., duplicate charge or system malfunction), you may request a refund by contacting support within 7 days of purchase.

Resets
Reset fees are non-refundable, as the reset service is applied to your account at the moment of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available once credentials have been issued, except in the case of a verified technical error such as a duplicate charge.

Special Considerations
- If you purchase the wrong product by mistake, reach out immediately. We may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
- Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund
Please email our support team at support@quantumxfutures.com with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
