Welcome to Quantum X Futures Ltd ("Quantum X Futures", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Our Code of Conduct and trading rules, published in our Help Center and as amended from time to time, form part of these Terms and are incorporated into them by reference. It is your responsibility to review them before you trade.

Quantum X Futures provides trading evaluations, simulated trading environments, educational programs, and performance-based funding opportunities. We do not provide brokerage services, investment advice, financial advice, or capital management. All services are educational and evaluation-based only.

Nothing on this website or within our services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Any information provided is for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading futures, derivatives, and financial markets involves substantial risk. You acknowledge that losses may occur, past performance does not guarantee future results, and success in any evaluation or funding program is not guaranteed. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all trading activities take place in a simulated environment. Simulated performance does not represent real market performance and may differ significantly from live trading results. These simulations are used strictly for evaluation and educational purposes.

All activity on your account is recorded on our server-side systems. Our server-side records are the definitive and authoritative record of all account activity, including order and execution timestamps, fills, prices, volumes, profit and loss, balances, drawdown, and compliance with our trading rules.

• You acknowledge that data generated, displayed, stored, or exported by any third-party trading platform, charting application, data feed, or device under your control is not verifiable by us and may differ from our records — including as a result of system clock drift, differences between charting and execution feeds, client-side processing or aggregation, connection latency, or modification of locally held data.
• In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between our server-side records and any third-party or locally held data, our server-side records shall prevail for all purposes, including the determination of rule breaches, drawdown and balance calculations, payout eligibility, and account status.
• You may submit third-party data, exports, journals, or screenshots in support of a review, and we will consider them. Such material is supporting context only and is not determinative.
• This clause is of particular relevance to latency-sensitive conduct such as latency arbitrage, where the discrepancy between locally displayed data and our server-side record is itself the subject of the prohibition. Locally held data may not be relied upon to justify conduct that our server-side records show to be a breach.
• Nothing in this clause prevents us from correcting a demonstrable error in our own records. If you believe our records are incorrect, you must report this to support promptly and we will investigate.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction. We reserve the right to deny or restrict access to any user at our discretion.

All prices are listed on our website. By purchasing any service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment processor.

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our services, all purchases are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or cancellations once an account, evaluation, or service has been activated, delivered, or accessed. If you have not accessed your purchase and believe an error has occurred, you must contact support immediately. Any refund granted is solely at our discretion.

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes. You must contact us first to resolve any billing concerns. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
• Forfeiture of balances or rewards.
• Reporting to payment providers or fraud monitoring services.
• Legal recovery of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login information.

You agree not to engage in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to cheating, exploiting platform rules, sharing accounts, abusing promotions, committing fraud, or attempting to bypass system restrictions. Any violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

Quantum X Futures permits automated and algorithmic trading strategies, subject to the restrictions outlined below and to our Code of Conduct, published in our Help Center, which forms part of these Terms. You may use Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, scripts, and other automated tools, provided they comply with our risk and compliance rules.

• High-Frequency Trading (HFT) is strictly prohibited. This includes any strategy that relies on sub-second execution, microsecond timing, or extremely high order frequency designed to exploit market microstructure.
• Latency arbitrage is strictly prohibited. This includes any strategy that exploits price discrepancies, data feed latency, quote delays, or platform inefficiencies for risk-free profit.
• Unauthorised trade copying is prohibited. You may not use a copier, bridge, or trade-copying software to automatically replicate another person's trades onto your account, or to copy your trades onto other people's accounts. This does not restrict you from copying trades across your own accounts, nor from manually choosing to take a trade idea you obtained from an influencer, mentor, or trading community — following a signal or taking the same trade as someone you follow is permitted.
• Tick scalping with the sole intent of exploiting platform feed delays, simulated fill behavior, or non-realistic market conditions is prohibited. Specific thresholds for short-duration trading are set out in our Code of Conduct.
• Coordinated hedging across accounts is prohibited. This means using two or more accounts (your own or others') to take opposing positions on the same instrument in order to guarantee an outcome or game the evaluation — for example, going long on one account and short on another. Manually following a public signal or trade idea is not affected by this rule.
• Trading around scheduled high-impact news is restricted. The applicable window, reference calendar, and affected instruments are set out in our Code of Conduct.
• Any trading activity that we determine to be exploitative, non-genuine, or designed to game the simulated environment rather than demonstrate real trading skill may result in account termination, payout denial, and forfeiture of fees.

Quantum X Futures reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account engaged in trading activity that we deem inconsistent with the spirit of our evaluation program — including patterns suggestive of HFT, latency exploitation, or other prohibited strategies — even if not explicitly listed above. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for rule violations, fraud, abuse, payment disputes, compliance requirements, or general risk management. Termination may result in loss of access to services and forfeiture of fees.

To comply with financial regulations and payment provider requirements, we may request identity verification or additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of services.

All website content, software, branding, trademarks, and materials are the intellectual property of Quantum X Futures. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

We may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting services, and technology platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or issues caused by third parties.

The Supplier is Quantum X Futures. Payments are settled via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. ("Paysagi"), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes. Paysagi is not the supplier of the goods or services. Payment settlement is subject to Paysagi's Terms of Use, available at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/, which are presented to customers during the payment process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum X Futures shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum X Futures harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Quantum X Futures Ltd. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
